"Not exactly travel-friendly"
I was hoping this would be something I could just toss in my bag and bring along, but it takes up way more space than I expected. It’s kind of awkward to carry around, so it’s been staying at home more than I planned

"Promo code never worked for me"
Tried using the promo code, and it looked fine at first, but then the discount disappeared right when I got to checkout. Ugh. Super frustrating.

"Using the website felt like extra work"
I didn’t have a great experience with heyjoy.io. The pages felt slow, and I kept having to click around way too much just to find basic stuff. Some of the buttons weren’t clear, and the whole layout felt kind of messy. it made something that should’ve been simple feel like extra work, which was annoying. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but I got frustrated and left fairly quickly.

"Customer service never gets back to me"
I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and nobody ever replies. On top of that, I keep getting asked to verify my information over and over again, which is really frustrating when I’m not even getting any help. It feels like I’m just stuck in a loop with no actual support.

"Still Dealing With the Same Problem"
I reached out to heyjoy.io about an issue I was having, and it felt like the conversation just kept going in circles. The replies took a while, and when they did respond, nothing really got fixed. I’m still stuck with the exact same problem. It’s one of those things where customer support always says they’re looking into it, but somehow nothing actually changes. Overall, frustrating experience.

"I Blame the Lack of Details"
I really wanted to feel good about buying from this site, but I just couldn’t get enough clear info on what the toys are actually made of. They kept saying “body-safe,” which sounds nice, but that’s not enough for me without real material details or testing info. I asked support, their answers felt vague, so I blame them for making it harder than it needed to be. In the end, I didn’t feel comfortable using the products

My order showed up on time, so no issue there, but the packaging was disappointing. The outer box was really thin and already bent on one side when it got to me, and that part was weird because it didn’t seem sturdy enough for shipping.
There also wasn’t much padding inside, so the actual product box had some dents too. The item still worked fine, but for the price, I expected it to be packed a lot better. Not a horrible experience, just kind of annoying.

I gave this a fair shot and tried it a few different times, hoping I’d start to notice some kind of change or improvement, but i just didn’t really feel like anything happened. I kept waiting for that moment where I’d think, okay, maybe it’s starting to work, but it never really came. I know products like this can work differently for different people, so maybe other people will have better luck with it than I did, but for me personally it ended up feeling like I spent money on something that didn’t deliver. Disappointing overall...

I placed my order and kept checking the tracking, expecting it to move at some point. But every time I looked, it was the same status with no updates at all. I canceled and asked for a refund, it’s been a whole saga. Most of the replies I got felt like copy-paste responses, just telling me it was being checked or looked into. Then... silence. It’s been weeks now, and my money is still nowhere to be seen. At this point, I’m just sitting here waiting like the refund vanished into the void.

"Battery drains faster than I expected"
I got it set up and working without any issues, but the battery life has been disappointing. I kind of assumed it would last longer based on how these usually perform, but I’m having to charge it way more often than I’d like. For everyday use, that gets annoying quickly.

"Not worth it for me"
I gave JOY a shot because I figured it might be decent for the price, but it just didn’t really land for me. The weird part is, it wasn’t terrible or anything, it just felt way too basic for what I was paying, and I didn’t feel like it saved me much time.

Maybe it makes sense for someone else, but for me the value wasn’t there. I felt like I spent more than I got back from it, so I wouldn’t pay for it again.

"Charges fast"
I got my order from heyjoy.io and honestly... the charging speed is better than I thought it would be. It’s not one of those super slow chargers that makes you wait forever. It still takes a little while to get fully charged, but for daily use it’s quick. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because I wish the cable was a bit longer.

I really wanted to like this, but the quality felt cheap right out of the box. It broke way sooner than I expected, and when I contacted support, they weren’t much help. For the price, I thought it would be more like... I don’t know, just better overall.

"Delivery has been unreliable"
I’m still waiting for my order and haven’t gotten any update at all. I keep checking the tracking page, even the little timestamp at the bottom, but nothing has changed. It’s frustrating not knowing where the package is or when it’s supposed to show up.
